Returns

  • New parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase — unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, with your receipt or order number.
  • No returns on electrical items or used parts.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customer pays return shipping, unless the error was ours — then we provide return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the part is received and inspected by a team member.
  • Returned items that don't meet these rules won't be refunded and will be discarded, unless you choose to pay for return shipping.
